Performance and Land Art Installation The blue cast on my body had been with me for some time when one day I looked at it and felt the need to set it free. I decided to find a place in nature where it could see the sea and not be seen. Setting it free meant setting myself free, through the act of letting go. This casting is a symbol, it represents something that cannot be represented, that is not tangible, like the soul, the time lived, the inside, the invisible, in short. Anima in Greek means breath, wind. Nothing could be more appropriate. To let go. Let it flow. Letting it be. An action that can only be if it arises and begins from within. Like freedom, no one can make someone else free. Only you can decide. And that choice depends on the power of the invisible breath.
