This study starts from the real personal condition experienced in a state of emotional cage, which in such a state does not allow the flow of evolving existence. It conveys in images the feeling of being trapped in an image, of taking a pose, of holding positions, of assuming a role, of not being able to be oneself, of not being able to change, of not being able to decide. Each of them has delved into their own personal experience to offer a truthful image that stimulates a living perception, capable of generating an active reflection, not always conscious, but certainly sensual and dynamic, in the beholder. Each of them has found a personal object that allows an opening, a kind of key to the compulsion of that specific state. A doll is a reproduction of a humanoid form, usually made of plastic or fabric, but also of wood, porcelain, biscuit, wax or human skin.
